Based on international advanced air powered start technology (APST) and automatic start stop technology (ASST), Jiaoda Shenzhou air powered start-up system adopts hydraulic mechanical drive theory and the law of conservation of mechanical energy, collects the wasting kinetic energy and idle energy, converts them into potential energy, storages the energy by air compression. When the vehicle/device starts, releases the energy from the compressed air, converts them into kinetic energy, actuates hydraulic motor, drives vehicle moving. This technology decreases vehicle and device fuel consumption and emission markedly, and especially suitable for frequent brake, frequent start and gridlocked traffic.
